1. You probably need more protein
I’m currently working on a video I plan to title Why you probably need more protein. Not many people realize that the 0.8g per kg of protein the dietary guidelines recommends is a minimum, not what’s optimal. In fact, double the RDA of 0.8g/kg is likely where you want to be. Recent research has found 1.2kg to 1.6kg of protein is better for health. In fact, one study having women eating over four times the RDA as much as 3.4g/kg per day did not have any deleterious effects. My upcoming video will do a deep dive on protein including how under consuming protein can be a big factor in stubborn fat and weight gain.
2. Depraved Trojan Horse to get to children
It’s hard to express this without coming off a bit nutty. “ ‘Demons are coming for the kids?’ come on” is probably the reaction, but I’m not sure how else to express this. I just released a post titled The Sickening Theory of the "Q" in LGBTQ+ where I lay out how the famous key queer “thinkers” who established the foundational work of “Queer Theory” either defended pədophilia or were pədophiles themselves. The French intellectual who’s work was greatly influential in the development of Queer Theory was confirmed to have had səx with 8-year-olds in Tunisia. Further, the literal founding text of Queer Theory, Thinking Sex, say laws banning child pörn are “ill founded.” About half of the paper is just justifying pədophilia, and it likens səxual interest in children to “enjoying spicy cuisine.”
*In the article I make clear I’m not trying to associate LGBT people in general with these queer “thinkers;” It’s a shame that LGBT people have to have this “Q” lumped onto their acronym.
With this in mind, it is even more creepy and alarming than it already was that people who are writing books teaching educators how to bring “queer affirming practices” into the classroom, drag queens performing at middle schools & high schools, drag queens making Instagram posts about their wanting to “push drag so deep into the education system,” elementary schools teaching about gender ideology, 3rd graders being taught to write about what they think being the opposite sex is like.

“When you want to help people, you tell them the truth. When you want to help yourself, you tell them what they want to hear.” -Thomas Sowell
4. Wild AI capability of the week
In Midjourney version 5.2, you can now generate an image, and then ask it to zoom out. It will then generate new content around the original image as if you were zooming out your perspective.
Above is the prompt Donald Trump eating a pizza with Pikachu:

5. Unexpected relief for my large jaw
Last November, I made a post titled Why my Jaw is so Goddamn Big. People often comment on how big my jaw is.
In that post I explain that it’s a mix of genetics and the fact that I have TMJ - Temporo Mandibular Joint (disorder). It’s essentially an issue relating to the jaw joint under the ear and the fact that I clench my jaw while sleeping. My masseter muscles have gotten quite large due to the non-stop clenching.
Surprisingly, that post elicited a lot more engagement than I expected and several people reached out to me directly sharing their experience with TMJ or some remedies they knew of. I thought I would share an update in case it’s useful for others.
Last December, I got a botox injection into my masseter muscles to weaken my them. This is a bandaid solution that makes it so I wake up with less pain and headaches. With less bite force, there is less tension and tightness in the temporalis and other muscles - one source of the discomfort from TMJ. It did help for a while until it started to wear off and my masseter muscles regained their excessive strength.
Before the doctor injected the botox, she had me bite down on this mouthpiece that measures the force with which I was biting down on the left and right side. My right side was much stronger which was no surprise to me as I can clearly feel the imbalance. At rest, my left temporomandibular joint feels looser - the left side of my bite is loose to where my jaw feels like it is hanging a centimeter or so lower than the right side. (Sounds like a tiny amount, but it’s a very noticeable difference.)
Anyways, halfway through the doctor having me bite as hard as I possibly could on that mouthpiece, I heard and felt a huge pop and felt the left side of my jaw jump up to where its vertical position was closer to the right side’s. Something about it was quite relieving and my bite felt more stable and comfortable afterward.
After that, every now and then when my jaw was bothering me, I would bite down really hard on something soft like a towel until the left side popped which provided some relief. I forgot about it after a while because my jaw wasn’t bothering me so much … until I started drinking caffeine again recently. (Yes, I’m back on the drip … for now.) As expected, my became tighter, my clenching got worse and the muscles at the base of my skull were often tight and uncomfortable - particularly on the right side of the back of my neck.
Now I’m still on the caffeine, but my neck has been feeling better thanks to a silicone mouthpiece. I carry it in my pocket and whenever I’m starting to feel that imbalanced tightness on my neck, I’ll go to the bathroom, rinse and clean it off, and just bite down on it as hard as I can - particularly on the left side. Sometimes it pops, sometimes it doesn’t, but usually it’s quite relieving as it feels like it’s restoring balance to my bite. The cool thing is, day by day, I feel like the left side of my jaw is hanging down less at rest. Clearly the imbalance of bite force has something to do with the neck pain I’m getting, but I’m not entirely sure how this works or if it would help (or harm) other people’s TMJ. Works for me, though.
In my opinion, I don't think you will be able to separate the T from the Q. That is what I wanted to do as well, but the T seem to have a particular interest in children.

"1.2kg to 1.6kg" - don't mind if I do!
Anecdotally; I found that when I heavily increased protein intake all visible scar tissue started fading away. I can also swear my endurance now is greater compared to when I used to work out a decade ago. Albeit, now with less strength obviously.
I originally made this change after watching your egg challenge. So, many thanks for that one!
Looking forwards to hearing what more you've found in your studies.

From what I've read John Money et.al. aren't any better. Harkening back to Pavlov's experiments on orphans.
Don't forget, the US teachers union also started a fund to ensure that their teachers can push their dogma fearlessly.
Seems like there's no way to keep apart, so to speak, the people "speaking up for the little people" from the people who want to "push deep" into them. At least the silent majority finally started waking up to what these "altruistic" people are actually up to thanks to the past couple of years of remote education.

Congrats on finding a solution/workaround! The doctor didn't have any comments on that pop?
"Sounds like a tiny amount" - that's the thickness of the tip of my little finger!
