The simple fact of the matter is that the framers of the constitution foresaw all this & therefore made lobbying a Federal Offense, an illegal conflict of interest. I notice that Not One 'Concerned American' will dare speak about this.
All it would take is arresting One Politician for the others to get in line & I can't pay a single American to even discuss doing this let alone support an effort to get to where we can do this. It's not even fear of the politicians.
