I don't really know a lot about the vegan or the carnivore diet, but I think what Joseph is saying is that an optimally healthy diet will not be an extreme diet. It will be a weighted mix of everything that humans can consume. Veganism is extreme, but so is Carnivorism. That's just my take on what Joseph is saying.
He actually has a video about why carnivore diet should work, so he either changed his stance or sees it as more nuanced.
Saying that carnivore is extreme is not a real argument but a dogma. From scientific point of view there's nothing in plants that we have to eat that is not in meat. And it looks like it's in the correct ratios in good ruminant meat.
That being said maybe Joseph found something that I didn't think of, that's why I'm asking.

Funny how I've been sleeping without a pillow my entire life. I quickly realized how uncomfortable pillows were, and how I actually got neck and back pains from them. As for sleeping with an elevated bed, I've done that for over a year now, though it started due to unresolved reflux issues at the time. It took some time to adjust, but it's comfortable now.

Those TikTok samples looks like they could be AI generated. Although, looking up the names, those are camgirls who have adapted to zoomers. Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean the streams aren't AI generated just like that guy selling an AI version of his girlfriend.
