Genuinely enjoyed and waited for every single video, Joseph. Not a huge follower or a fan of him but I saw him rather positively for what he’s doing. Until now, of course. Amazing work and excited for more content like that!

Thank you for the summary of this grifter.

A timeline for his AI nonsense would be interesting. It seems to me e only jumped recently on that bandwagon. A year ago he just seemed to be your usual supplement pusher.

Probably quantum-computing will be the next hype, after AI dies down a bit, and he will jump to that.

Hey Joseph, long time subscriber of your YT page here. I’m really glad you made this large effort to expose the deception and inconsistencies in Bryan Johnson’s ‘religion’.

I stumbled upon Bryan on YT a while back, prior to the media blitz that has occurred about his project. As interesting as he was watch, I couldn’t help but feel like he was full of cake.

I personally lean more towards skepticism but even I struggle to understand the people who genuinely believe what he has to say about his movement, his intentions, or his products.

So I really hope you reached enough people to open their eyes to this obvious scam.

Doublespeak is a form of elitism that is inherently manipulative and misleading. But there are a lot of people who constantly do mental gymnastics to avoid the truth, and they eat it up. The rules of grammar and spelling were also purposefully over complicated to keep peasants like myself from literacy. I love breaking all of those rules, and stating the truth plainly and directly despite all the snobbery.

On this guy's followers: people are starved for meaning and community. Anyone could make up any nonsense thing to believe in, and if they make videos online everyday for a year, they'll gain a dozen followers and access to their bank accounts.

“The rules of grammar and spelling were also purposefully over complicated to keep peasants like myself from literacy.”

Where have you heard this? I’m interested, because literacy of complex grammar has drastically declined in the last 100 years among all age groups. The reading material elementary students were educated on in the 1800s, is college level reading today.

Unsure. I read about it many years ago. The way we speak is the language, not the way it was written 150 years ago. Rob Henderson posted an excerpt from a book recently on Notes that basically confirms that English is hard because of snobbery.

However, the flipside is that kids should read whole books. Ive read that Columbia students are getting to college having never read an entire book, and are unable to. So happy I didnt grow up with smartphones.

Surely theres a happy median somewhere between classic literature and text messages that we can encourage kids to find. Such as Vonnegut.

I’ve thought a bit about this off and on, and it possibly stems from the fact that literacy (and general intelligence), sat further on the right of a steep learning curve — hence literate people were *really* literate… I’ll have to see Rob’s examples sometime… i wonder if he’s complaining about wordiness.

I still have trouble interpreting a few sentences in Jane Austen’s Persuasion on a rough day — frankly this speaks more to the simplified learning methods and mental health in the last 100 years. People can learn what the choose too.

I can't read anything written before WW2 or so. It doesn't hold my attention. Been spoiled by terse, direct prose from Vonnegut and the minimalists.

When I first heard about Bryan Johnson, I just thought he was a paranoid billionaire afraid of death, then I began thinking "well, if he does the science and shares it with the world, it will be net positive, right?" After watching your series on Instagram, and reading this article, I've got a whole new picture of this person, and for that, I thank you!

Thank you Joseph for this brilliant analysis. Thanks for highlighting the doublespeak, the circuitous speech of the narcissist's 'word salads', and the stunning similarities between Johnson and Elizabeth Holmes. (Still shocking, by the way, how many high-profile people Holmes "hypnotized". Business giants, presidents . . . I doubt that will ever be duplicated.) I have heard others compare Johnson's appearance to that of a cyborg, which may be unkind, but in the very least I think he may be deficient in iron and vitamin D. In any event, thank you for your exhaustive research, which is in service to humanity. Your labor is not in vain!

Hi everyone. Bryan here 👋. Don't fall for Joseph’s trickery. He again distorts and contorts information. It’s clickbait.

Addressing all falsehoods would be endless and unproductive. Much of his content has gone stale as I’ve refuted his claims with data, but unlike legitimate journalists, he doesn’t issue corrections. He’s a content farmer.

Here is an example:

⬇️ I share my testosterone levels

⬇️ he accuses me of secretly using TRT

⬇️ I prove him wrong (LH & FSH results)

⬇️ he accuses me of lying

⬇️ I provide evidence with labs

⬇️ he ignores and still says I’m lying

It’s an endless rabbit hole. Joseph uses guilty-by-default tactics to spread conspiracy theories. He’s not an honest critic.

Another example, he says my sleep scores are impossible because of meetings with my CFO in China. I schedule meetings with my CFO when our time zones overlap. Pretty simple.

He repeatedly claims I hide data or cherry-pick results. This is false. I consistently publish full lab reports, historical data, and detailed health protocols openly on X. I even transparently share mistakes. For example, when a recent experiment backfired (a drug that unexpectedly sped up aging), I openly discussed it and adjusted course.

The irony is Joseph claims he wants more transparency, yet he weaponizes my openness. This is exactly the behavior that makes people hesitant to share publicly.

To further eliminate doubt, I published my complete, most recent biomarker panel. It included:

+ 60+ biomarkers

+ most recent results

+ average across 12 months

+ dates for everything

+ my blood draw from 4/1/25

+ the report directly from the lab

+ explanations on all markers

+ areas for improvement

Predictably, Joseph ignored this evidence because acknowledging it would undermine his narrative.

He argues Blueprint is a hidden profit scheme. This couldn't be further from the truth. I sold my previous company for $800M. If money were my motive, I wouldn’t choose to sell olive oil & protein. Our events (summits) run at a loss. I have openly stated that Blueprint is a pain in my ass. The headaches outweigh financial benefits. I fund it because I believe deeply in its value for my health & thousands of others.

Joseph claims we’re withholding BP5000 study data. All participants received their individual results and a summary of aggregate findings. During the study, our team confirmed that FDA regulations prohibit sharing raw study data (even anonymized) when it pertains to dietary supplements or foods, as this may be interpreted as making unauthorized health claims. We have strictly adhered to these regulatory guidelines & have provided scientifically accurate summaries within permissible boundaries.

He accused me of manipulating the Rejuvenation Olympics leaderboard. A third-party lab administers all aging-speed tests, & are the same for everyone: rankings are an average of your best three scores. This is to encourage experimentation. I personally have moved up & down the leaderboard, just like everyone else.

Lastly, Joseph directly benefits from attacking me. He makes Instagram reels to generate views, and to increase his followers and revenue. He isn’t creating this content for a noble cause: this is for self-interest. Joseph doesn’t have your back, he’s looking out for his own.

Who’s funding the months he spent working on these videos? His financial motives are unclear. He's previously faced scrutiny for not disclosing financial ties to the meat industry. I'm openly plant-based but have never imposed this choice on others. You do you.

It’s also amusing that Joseph claims my 8 months of 100% sleep must be fake because I'm an entrepreneur… as if consistently going to bed on time is some impossible feat. He provides no evidence for his claims. Meanwhile, I’ve published my data. I made sleep my #1 priority in life, and everyone in my orbit knows that.

We all know people like Joseph who say untrue things to harm reputations, driven by hidden motives. People who make ‘hit-and-run accusations’ & then don't clean up the mess they created when proven wrong. Hate will get you attention, but that doesn’t make it right.

Defamers don’t shape history; builders do. If you aim to positively impact the world, expect detractors like Joseph. They’re just noise.

Stay strong. I have your back.

Looks like Bryan finally dropped a response of sorts. It doesn't actually address the content of this particular post.

・Note①: This is a response to my reels posted on Instagram. He ignored many huge points in my reels and cherry-picked just 9 of them. Even then, it falls flat.

・Note②: He's mischaracterized many of my reels.

・Note③: His response is actually a perfect example of the Doublespeak I've been talking about in this post. Notice how wordy it is and how much time is spent trying to convince you I'm a "bad" guy (where he's a "good" guy) rather than focusing on the facts I presented in my reels.

↓Here's my TL;DR debunk (maybe I'll write a proper post if I have time)↓

1️⃣Labs posted Apr 16 prove my point. He only posted LH and FSH for his new T of 764. No one asked for that. Where is LH and FSH labs for his old T of 976 if it was achieved naturally?

2️⃣He ignored Day 27's biggest points. Check my reel

3️⃣“consistently publishes full lab reports”? Apr 16 2025 on X was the 1st time I saw actual lab reports, but he bragged for a year+ that he shares “all” his data. Before, he only posted an excel sheet without dates

4️⃣Well, we can’t definitively prove Bryan’s motivations but why put affiliate links on almost every product from the very start of his early Blueprint webpage? 🤔also curious: He bragged on X himself Blueprint hit $100M run rate in Feb but now he says “headaches outweigh financial benefits”?

5️⃣Please give proof for the excuse that FDA is the bottleneck (I can't find relevant language in Title 21 of the CFR) He owes it to the 100s of ppl who paid 〜$2k to participate in BP5000. Btw how will he prove side effects of his supplements don’t outweigh benefits without releasing the data?

6️⃣Mike Mallin of TruDiagnostic is Bryan’s lead doctor (TruD does age tests for Bryan’s Rejuvenation Olympics). What if Mike Tyson started a 🥊 competition and his trainers were judges?

7️⃣Claiming Joseph is just in it for 💵? Unimpressive attempt at an Uno reverse coming from the guy who wants you to put your savings in a "Don't Die managed fund." You can try and claim I’m biased, but where’s the proof I’m wrong?

8️⃣He’s resorting to baseless allegations? False. I have no financial ties to the meat industry.

9️⃣“I’ve published my data” …Where? What is the time frame for 240+ nights of perfect sleep? Also, you can watch Day 27 yourself & see if Bryan's dodging the big points

He ends with basically 'Joseph is the bad guy.' We all know Bryan is a fan of Billie Eillish

He complains I didn’t publicly praise him for finally posting lab reports on X on Apr 16. Except ① not worth praise and

② he blocked me the same day- I couldn’t retweet to say something nice if I wanted to?🤨

It's hard as a long-term follower of Joseph to believe he's simply a disingenuous click farmer. Within a single post you've engaged in ad hominem attacks yet also say defamers don't shape history, how can I see you as different from somebody who says untrue things to harm reputations when you are so callous and careless with the reputations of others? Are you really going to say that you've never been wrong about a competitor or skeptic? Because I've never seen you take a step back to admite a mistake anywhere or clean up any messes, it looks like projection. It's hard to give you too much benefit of doubt when your personal and professional background lacks anything to warrant the authority or trust of your audience in a very difficult and complex field of science. I agree that you wouldn't be engaging in this venture for purely financial motivations. There are many other motivators and social incentives that could apply but I'm not buying altruism as one of them.

Love your content- these kinds of things are important to say, especially when you’re trying your best to uncover the truth. A word of advice from a stranger: don’t lose sight of your true purpose for posting and engaging with your audience. What is it that you really want to achieve through your community? Slandering the names of those you don’t trust? Or providing an outlet for your curiosities and inquisitiveness that can benefit others as well as yourself?

I say this because you’ve always been a source of good, down to earth explanations and data, and anyone that watches you would simply accept the fact that you must have a good reason not to trust this guy. That doesn’t come without its own danger, but for the most part… you don’t seem like the type to abuse your crowd’s trust.

If you’re enjoying this process, ignore me. I just wanted to make sure this obsession is something you truthfully want to be doing, and not just because it seems to be working.

Sorry- slander is not the correct term here. I am fully aware that you fact checked every statement/claim made and that they are truthful. I was not trying to support the dude or question your claims. I just wanted to make sure you’re enjoying making this kind of content. I’ve been blinded by hate in the past, and it’s difficult to see another indulge in it, even if that anger is validated. I’m not sure where your comment went but I hope you understand this comes from a place that is genuine. I hope all is well, and know that your content has improved my life quite a bit, and has helped manage my health and wellness during the hardest part of medical school.
