If sitting is the thing to avoid maybe standing desks need to become the norm for men on the workplace. Sitting for prolonged periods of time has already shown to be negative for your health but if it's also impacting testosterone then it's even worse for males.
If you're interested in this topic, I've heard that phthalates decreases sperm count. In a study, a sample of men who worked in a plastic factory produce less sperm than men who didn't. That's because phthalate is an endocrine distrubting chemical. Now the world is polluted with microplastics, and that's an idea behind the decreasing sperm count/testosterone. Scary.
It may be a weird shot but why are we even still wearing underwear?
Does it serve any purpose or is it just an artifact that remained from those old centuries when men and women stacked clothes and socks and whatever just to be "classy". Like so https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpS4B5oMhgo
People in hot countries have no problem conceiving. Even in places where day temperatures cross 100 F for months on. So external temperatures have presumably little effect on internal temperature.
Not necessarily disagreeing with you, but one way to check this is to do an even larger study that covers different climate zones. One example that might affect it is the different clothing worn in different “warm climate" cultures, ie flowing robes or shorts vs jeans or other trousers.
Been doing the ball-chilling for a week. Girls are striking up conversations with me, my libido and energy are way up, and I feel more confident. Amazing, thanks for sharing.
My friend just texted me this morning: "By the way, ice balls def work."

True. Studies show that phthalates cause sexual deformities in newborns and can cause significant disruptions in their sexual development.
The best book (to the best of my knowledge) is Estrogeneration.
His website has a page with the most comprehensive list of xenoesteogens and endocrine disrupting chemicals. I'll paste it if you want.
True
Probably a good idea to combine this with no phone in pockets close to your parts

To keep the skid marks off my nice shorts
Maybe the Scots were on to something with wearing kilts without underwear.
I wonder about how much of the testosterone gains from ice baths/cold plunges come from cooling of the testicles verses systemic cooling.
There is a growing body of anecdotal evidence supporting this, specifically around pre-cooling before workouts. ice bath -> workout
Some men are seeing great results.

So the daily sauna routine should be reduced to 3x a week or is it best to avoid sauna completely?
It may work, but also losing 50lbs, doing some hard physical work, eating less seed oils, and stop watching porn helps too.
I have been avoiding underwear since the past 5 years whenever im home. Im only in knee length pajamas. Very airy.
How can that help with sperm count??
Funny photo.
I pull my genitalia through the front hole of my underwear on hot days. It helps.
im boutta make all kinds of gains
Only change so far: Painfully awkward to be in the changing room trying on new pants.
