Then, I started reading up on how fasting works and finally jumped in and did a 7-day fast in 2017. It not only changed the amount of hunger my gut was generating, but it totally changed my perspective on hunger.

I struggled for a couple years with getting pudgier and pudgier, but once I changed my perspective on hunger, my body started to change too.

I don’t see fasting as a ‘diet,’ but it’s own thing. There’s diet, there’s exercise and then there’s fasting. ⁣

I introduced my buddy Abraham to a 7-day fast too and he reported the same thing: less hunger from his gut but also a completely new perspective on how hunger works. He told me it changed his life.

I’ve been doing videos for years now and have gotten hundreds of comments about how the information on fasting I’ve shared has yielded all kinds of benefits. But one thing I’d see mentioned consistently was how it changed their perspective on hunger and food.
